    •    International orders may take longer and are best shipped with DHL Worldwide for speed and reliability.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
    •    We are not responsible for carrier issues once your package is shipped.
    •    For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly:
    ◦    USPS/UPS: Claim and locate packages directly with the carrier.
    ◦    DHL (for international orders): Handles claims, reimbursements, and locating packages.
Returned Packages
    •    If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
International Orders
    •    Customers are responsible for import fees or duties.
